ZenKey Support

If you are a merchant and believe that you or your users discovered a ZenKey issue, there a few ways for you to notify ZenKey:

Log a new support ticket in the ZenKey Developer Portal

  1. Log into the Portal.
  2. Go to the 'Support' tab on left hand menu to create a support request.

Email ZenKey Technical Support

  1. Send an email to: [email protected]

Information to provide in the ticket or email

  • Website or app impacted
  • End-user configuration
    • Phone Make and Model
    • Phone operating system version
    • ZenKey app version
    • Carrier name(s)
  • The severity of the issue

Do not provide any end-user personal information in the ticket or email.

You can also let end-users know that they can contact their wireless carrier for ZenKey support:
