If you are a merchant and believe that you or your users discovered a ZenKey issue, there a few ways for you to notify ZenKey:
- Log into the Portal.
- Go to the 'Support' tab on left hand menu to create a support request.
- Send an email to: [email protected]
- Website or app impacted
- End-user configuration
- Phone Make and Model
- Phone operating system version
- ZenKey app version
- Carrier name(s)
- The severity of the issue
Do not provide any end-user personal information in the ticket or email.
